 STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE



• • The terms and conditions appearing below shall constitute the complete agreement between the parties. 

  • The agreement applies to all sales of goods to any purchaser (“Buyer”) by Microcopy, hereafter referred to as the “Seller”.
  • There is a $6.95 shipping charge within the continental United States. 

  • Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are shipped First Class or Priority Mail through the United States Postal Service.
  • Canada orders will include a flat rate shipping charge of $20 for UPS C Standard and GHT/HST taxes.
  • Acceptable terms of payment are MasterCard, Visa, and American Express. 

  • All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars. 

  • Prices and discounts are subject to change without notice. 

  • Goods may not be returned without first obtaining Sellers permission.

SPECIAL EXPORT TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE



• • The same terms and conditions shall apply as above except: 

  • Only NeoDiamond, NeoBurr, NeoDrys, and Flaps are available for International sales.
  • All International sales are final and goods sold are non-returnable.
  • International customers are instructed to register prior to purchase. 

  • All freight charges will be added to the total on the shopping cart. For International orders, all other expenses such as duties, taxes, brokerage fees, VAT, or tariffs will be the responsibility of the purchaser. 

  • Acceptable terms of payment are MasterCard, Visa, and American Express. 

  • Export freight is charged per UPS International. 

  • If Buyer refuses or fails to take delivery of goods tendered in accordance with this agreement, Seller shall be entitled to terminate the agreement with immediate effect. Seller may recover from the Buyer any loss and additional costs incurred as a result of such refusal or failure. 

  • Be advised that export deliveries require additional processing time.
  • International shipping charges are based on maximum 2-pound packages, (0.9 kilograms). Orders that exceed this amount are subject to additional freight charges.

RETURNS POLICY

• • Microcopy will accept returns from US and Canada direct customers once an approved Return Authorization number has been recorded. All returns older than 1 year will require a 15% restocking charge. No returns will be accepted after 3 years from original ship date. All shipment of goods outside of the continental US is final.

with the quality and performance of all our products.

To return products purchased directly from Microcopy,
call us at 800.235.1863. A return label will be sent to you
to pay for shipping. Once we receive the return, your account will be
issued a credit. If the product was purchased through a dealer,
please call them to return the product.

To replace a product, simply place the new order and the item
will be charged. A credit will be issued upon receipt of the returned items.
